How fast will I get it?
Done-for-you gifts are delivered by email within 24 hours of your order form. The free builder gives you a link right away.
What do I need to send you?
Their name and yours, your relationship, 8–10 memories or inside jokes in plain words, your reveal message, an optional photo link and your email. The order form has it all.
Can I edit it afterwards?
The gift is fixed inside its link. If you spot a mistake in a done-for-you gift, email hello@giftpuzzle.com. With the free builder you can change anything and make a new link.
Is my information private?
We use your answers only to make your gift, and we never sell data. Email hello@giftpuzzle.com and we’ll delete them. Free-builder gifts live in the link, so we never see them.
Does the link expire?
No. Each link is self-contained, with the whole gift stored in the address, so it doesn’t expire. It opens on giftpuzzle.com, so it works as long as the site is online.
What if something goes wrong or I need a refund?
